Car history: |
2) This is a fully loaded, frame off restored, matching number 1969 T-top Corvette. It has PS, PB, PW, factory A/C, 4-spd and a rare Speed Warning indicator plus factory side exhaust. It was restored by one of the preeminent Corvette restoration shops in New England, Ron's Restoration. The previous owner claims there is over $40,000 in this car and it looks it. Even though it was restored a few years ago the frame, body, paint and interior are immaculate with only a minor chip on one door. The car runs and drives excellent and was cloned to look like a Baldwin Motion Corvette. It is currently running with a 383 stroker motor in it and the original matching number 350/300 hp engine is included. The A/C could use a recharge. This is the way to buy a Corvette. Let someone else do all the work and spend the money. You couldn't restore this car for what I am willing to sell it for if someone gave you the car. The mileage is original at 59,xxx. Owner #2 might not be right as the VIN # was hidden. Sold for $20,500 on October 19, 2017. 1) Original dealer was Sport Chevrolet in Silver Spring, MD. Stayed in Maryland and Virginia area through as succession of owners until 1984 when it was Can-Am white. It had its original engine and transmission then with about 100,000 miles. Current status unknown. I have complete ownership history on this car from 1984 to MSO. |
